this magazine combines J-pop and metal, two genres I enjoy for their unique blend of intensity and style. i chose this theme because it’s a popular topic and a personal favourite, especially with the rise of women in metal. BABYMETAL, a band i’ve followed since 2014, has been a major influence in merging these genres and breaking stereotypes in the music industry. creating this project was so fun and reflects my creative style the most.
